%X ased on relationships between the warmth index and annual mean temperature and be-tween the moisture index and annual precipitation,a new method was developed to show thearrangement of East-Asian vegetation on the coordinates of annual mean temperature and an-nual precipitation by using a lot of climatological and vegetational data. The results showedthat the method expressed well the distribution of vegetation-climate types in East-Asia,andtherefore could be used to predict the natural or potential vegetation type in a given East-Asian region.
