%X Genetic variation of 9 Aegiceras corniculation populations were investigated using the assay of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The concentration of concentrated gel and segregated gel were 2 5% and 7 0%, pH was 6 7 an 8 9, respectively. 13 Loci encoded by 5 enzyme systems were studied.
