Climate change over the last thousand of years had controlled the dynamics of glacier and debris-flow bursting, which resulted in substantial changes in the mountainous environment. We surveyed community structure of primary forests in Gongga mountain and forest successional processes in wood plots.The changing features in sub-alpine environment are discussed in this paper.
