杜春芸 %A 汤晓军 %A 张涛 %A 杨卓 %J 生物物理学报 %D 2008 %I %X This study examined the responses of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) responses to noggin administration in cerebral ischemia/reperfusion rats. The cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model was established by intermittent occlusion of the common carotid arteries on hyperlipidemia rats. Three groups of Wister rats were used in this study including ischemia/reperfusion operation with intra-cerebroventricular phosphate-buffered saline injection (Veh/stroke group, n=6), ischemia/reperfusion operation with intra-cerebroventricular noggin injection (Noggin/stroke group, n=8) and sham surgery (Control group, n=6). It was found that the percentage power of alpha and theta wave of electroencephalogram (EEG) significantly decreased and that of delta wave was increased in the Veh/stroke group. However, noggin administration reduced the magnitudes of these changes in the group of Noggin/stroke. Moreover, noggin administration not only reduced the ratio of middle and high frequency (MF/HF) bands of HRV, but also decreased the percentage power of renal sympathetic nerve activity at heart rate frequency in group of Noggin/stroke. The results suggest that in the cerebral ischemia/reperfusion rats noggin pre-treatment could be associated with improvement of ANS dysfunction. %K Noggin %K Ischemia/reperfusion %K Autonomic nervous system activity
