%X 本文采用迁移率与阈值电压互相补偿的原理,实现了一个与温度无关的电流源。该电流源完全与标准的CMOS工艺相兼容。测试结果显示,在温度范围为-20℃到110℃之内,电流源的温度系数小于290ppm/℃。
