羟基自由基对兔脑微粒体膜脂及膜蛋白的损伤 %A 黄芬 %A 梁旭方 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1991 %I %X The effect of hydroxyl radical on the lipid peroxidation and (Na + K)-ATPase activity of rabbit brain microsomes has been studied. Results show that hydroxyl radicals induce the lipid peroxidation and increase the formation of malondialdehyde. Incubation of microsomes with hydroxyl radical-generation system results in loss of SH groups and inhibition of (Na + K)-ATPase activity. Addition of sodium ferulate inhibits the lipid peroxidation, effectively protects (Na + K)-ATPase activity and reduces the loss of SH groups.
