Defining parameter describing protein-protein interaction relative bias, the law of protein interaction between or within organelles, membranes for S. cerevisiae's, different classes for S. cerevisiae's, C. elegans and E. coli were investigated based on the databast of interacting protein(DIP), gene ontology(GO), structural classification of proteins(SCOP) and related databases such as SWISS-PROT in this work. The results indicated that there exists obvious bias of protein-protein interaction between or within different organelles, membranes and classes. The biological implication was discussed briefly. %K Protein-protein interaction %K Relative bias %K Organelles %K Membranes %K Structural classes
