羧酸盐对鸭肝脂肪酸合成酶的抑制作用 %A 田维熙 %A 梁圻 %A 屈保合 %A 肖荐 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1992 %I %X The rule and kinetics of inhibition effect of carboxylates on duck liver fatty acid synthetase and the protection effect of carboxylates on the enzyme modified by the SH reagents with carboxyl anion were studied. The equilibrium constants of carboxylate combining with the enzyme were calculated. It is suggested that these salts combine with a site having a special affinity for carboxyl anion. This site is also the combining site of malonyl group.
