The difference between (DI)or-r curves of RBCs treated with dextrans of different molecular weights or PVP of molecular weight 4000 and (DI)or-r curve of control RBCs is significant (p<0.01). But using traditional Ektacytometry. no obvious difference between these two can be fownd. These results indicate that the new Ektacytometry is advantogeows to microrheology at molecular level. %K RBC Orientation Deformation index Dextran PVP Ektacytometry
