肌肉收缩Hill特性式的理论研究 %A 郭维生 %A 王志坚 %A 刘涓 %J 生物物理学报 %D 2010 %I %X Based on the mechanochemical actin-activated myosin ATPase cycle model, utilizing the chemical kinetic method and biochemical thermodynamic principle, taking the experimental results of single myosin into account, Hill characteristic equation on muscle contraction has been deduced in view of energy transduction. This work is helpful for further understanding the Hill characteristic equation and energy transduction in muscle contraction.
