The results demonstrated: Pb2+ suppressed the expression of H-current, decreased the voltage sensitivity and increased the activation voltage. Suppression of the expression and change of the voltage-sensitivity of H-current may be one pathway by which Pb2+ expressed its toxicity. %K Pb2+ %K Hippocampal cell %K Whole cell patch clamp %K H-current
