The paper relates mainly about to universal operations, the formal models, the universality and perfection, a central mechanism of DNA computing-self_assembly, and the complexity of self_assembly etc. Moreover, the result of self-assembly by DNA double strands can be generated from double strands corresponding to the linear language was also proved. %K Formal language %K Self_assembly
