%X Gumboro disease associated with Colibacillosis in exotic layer and broiler chicks was reported in eastern Sudan. Mortality rate of the disease, 1.8% in layer and 1% in broiler chicks was recorded. In addition to, Escherichia coli (E. coli) was isolated from a layer chick. Factors which contributed to this were stated. Moreover some recommendations were outlined.
