%X This paper deals with the 3-component identical system under the influence of human errors and Common Cause Shock (CCS) failures. The M L estimates of system availability and frequency of failures were developed in the case of series and parallel systems. Also we developed empirical evidence to establish the validity of the proposed estimates by simulation study.
