Germline mutations in the BRCA2 cancer susceptibility gene are associated with an increased risk of pancreatic cancer. The likelihood of harboring a BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation is dependent on one's personal and/or family history of cancer and can be estimated using various mutation probability models. %K BRCA1 %K BRCA2 %K Breast cancer %K Mutations %U http://article.sapub.org/10.5923.j.rct.20120101.01.html
