%X A case is being presented of simultaneous bilateral cervico-trochanteric fractures of the neck of the femur in a five and a half-year-old girl following a road traffic accident (RTA). It is being presented because of its rarity; literature search to date revealing no previously reported similar case. The patient was managed by open reduction and internal fixation with a period of postoperative immobilization with a hip spica.
