%X Mary Ndlovu is a social justice and human rights activist with a background in education. Originally from Canada, she married a Zimbabwean nationalist in exile in Zambia and since returning with him to Bulawayo in 1980 has lived there, working in teacher education and the legal and human rights NGO sector.
