Vora %J Latvian Journal of Physics and Technical Sciences %D 2011 %I Versita %R 10.2478/v10047-011-0004-y %X Superconducting state parameters (SSP) (viz., electron-phonon coupling strength ¦Ë, Coulomb pseudopotential ¦Ì* transition temperature TC, isotope effect exponent ¦Á and effective interaction strength NOV) of transition metals based binary alloys are studied using - for the first time - a potential formalism with a pseudoatom-alloy model. In the study, noticeable influence of various exchange and correlation functions on ¦Ë and ¦Ì* has been revealed.
