%X Acute aortic dissections are uncommon but highly mortal emergencies. Atypical presentations can be missed and delayed diagnoses may diminish favourable impact of medical, interventional and surgical procedures. Hereby we describe a painless aortic dissection case presented with heart failure due to functional obstruction of left main coronary artery resulting left ventricular dysfunction by presumptive myocardial stunning.
