We report an 88-year-old man with low-grade extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) (MALT lymphoma) arising in the kidney. After the workup, the patient was thought to have renal cell carcinoma and underwent partial nephrectomy. The pathologic evaluation showed a MALT lymphoma. No additional treatment was given, and the patient was disease free during the follow-up. %U http://www.benthamscience.com/open/tosoj/articles/V001/12TOSOJ.htm
