Abdominal computed tomography (CT) scan demonstrateda multi-loculated solid lesion in the head of the pancreas concerning for a primary malignancy. Endoscopic ultrasoundguidedfine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) of the lesion was performed and cytology revealed no evidence of malignancy.
