%X the literature for children written by young female authors in the city of guadalajara, mexico, is still conveying a traditional view on gender roles; hence the worlds recreated in such field show that each sex ends up assuming an ideal gender identity in respect to certain socio-cultural patterns. so, in this literature are presented both the sexual division of labour as well as the appliance of power according to what is socially laid down for men and women.
