%X the situation of colombian children requires special attention by the state, family and society. colombian children is not stranger to the various social ills. he is a victim of violent deaths, sexual violence, lack of balanced diet, child labor, school desertion, kidnapping, abandonment, anti-personnel mines, forced displacement, teenage pregnancy, among other scourges annexes, which denigrate protectionist safeguards the constitution calls. the current constitutional system, from the constitution of 1991, set a new legal and social reality that supports a new development in respecting and protecting the constitutional and family relationships d within the context of child rights and adolescence.
