%X development and integration were issues presents in the worries of intellectuals, politicians and diplomats. in the period between 1945 and 1964, those themes were particularly important. the aim of the article is bring to public some of these proposals, enabling to find the nuances of the meanings and contents embedded by those subjects in the populist period, but also revealing the ideologies about development and integration in the different governments, intellectuals groups and diplomatic personal.
