%X the ecosocial crisis defies humanity to understand and give deep, revolutionary solutions. to accomplish this, one of the theoretical-practical approaches proposed as having the best possibilities is the heuristic marxist approach, due to its perspective of totality without atomization or disconnections. this approach permits understanding the material conditioning of the society-nature relationship reflected in a new form of social and ecological conscience and its presence in legal-political conscience. this situation is product of the unnoticed relationship of power that accumulated practice shows us today, the confrontation between capitalist society and nature, which have become antagonistic opponents.
