%X the following paper develops an exploratory manner the concepts involved and / or interact in the construction of local economic development, why is a review which aims to establish a state of the art of the matter. generating opportunities to enable cooperation between public and private actors in the construction of local identity, social structures can forge chain, developing a network of productive learning. the challenge is to have local leadership and capacity to complement national development strategies and instruments for the promotion of government.
