%0 Journal Article %T Confian£¿a nas Equipas de I&D: Operacionaliza£¿£¿o de um Constructo %A Freire %A Carla %J T¨¦khne - Revista de Estudos Polit¨¦cnicos %D 2008 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %X the main aim of this study is to propose an instrument for measuring trust in context of r&d teams. the items were collected from literature and from the content analysis of the semi-structured interviews conducted to the members and leaders. there were 243 valid answers received of the questionnaire applied to scientists and professionals integrated into r&d teams and work in industrial companies and laboratories in the electronics area. the factor analysis permitted to extract four components, explaining about 60% of the total variance: £¿(non) trust behaviours£¿ (¦Á=0,94), £¿trustworthiness perceptions£¿(¦Á=0,92), £¿the consideration and influence perceptions£¿ (¦Á=0,84) and £¿cooperation£¿ (¦Á=0,77). apart from exposing the methodology used in the construction and validation of the instrument for measuring trust within teams, the study suggests the need to test the validity of the instrument both in the context of r&d, as well as in other work contexts. %K trust %K r& d team %K instrument for measuring. %U http://www.scielo.gpeari.mctes.pt/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S1645-99112008000200011&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
