%X this article provides an illustration of a spanish city, santiago de compostela, in pursuit of excellence through different tourist perspective the concept of networks. will see that the council took the incorporation of some policies that favored tourist links in the tourism sector and hence the formation of networks. currently the council is connected over a network which contributes to the relentless pursuit of excellence, since the networks generate strategic information to assist in the rehabilitation of destinations / products / services in terms of foreign exchange at local, regional, national and world that post-tourist.
