%0 Journal Article %T Moscaweb contenidos-instrumento para la evaluaci¨®n de contenidos acad¨¦micos provenientes de internet %A P¨¦rez %A Mar¨ªa Ang¨¦lica %A P¨¦rez %A Rosa %A Le¨®n %A Susan %A Maninat %A Mar¨ªa %A Triana %A Jos¨¦ %J Revista de la Facultad de Ingenier¨ªa Universidad Central de Venezuela %D 2010 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %X the internet is a significant tool for the search for information for academic and research purpose and thus demands that users have special skills, such as agile observation, critical thinking and effective use of assessment systems to determine whether a downloaded content meets the expectations of reliability and quality desired. in the specialization in informatics and telematics for distance education of the national open university (una), we have explored models, methods and educational strategies, mediated by information and communications technologies (tic) for the recognition of features and functional and non-functional aspects that consider the validity of content published on the internet. this research aims to develop an assessment tool for online downloaded content, usable in environments for the management of ictassisted learning. action research applied to information systems is used, following the approach of the framework lisi (laboratory of research in information systems) from the university simon bol¨ªvar (usb). the population is represented by national and international web sites that offer content download services. the sample is opinion-based, nonprobabilistic and validated questionnaires are used appropriately. contents moscaweb has a hierarchical structure of four levels, with 165 metric for operationalization and an algorithm that assesses the quality of the documents downloaded from the internet. %K contents moscaweb %K contents in the web %K measurement of quality web %K unloading of contents %K investigation action applied to if (information systems). %U http://www.scielo.org.ve/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0798-40652010000300010&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
