%X the regulation of the appeals' system has several deficiencies more or less noticeable, that in our belief are related to two fundamental issues. on one hand, marked by characteristic gaps in its regulations, registering complete aspects that are not covered by any regulation or receive an incomplete treatment; and on the other, having an extremely restrictive and weak (ineffective) character of the same appealing system as a whole and particularly regarding the appeal for annulment. this essay deals with this last characteristic which will be examined through three judgments passed by the appeals court of la serena.
