%X this work analyzes the processes through which the administrative justice develops in the chilean law. for these purposes, we begin by making a difference between administrative procedures and processes by establishing their connections and their effects. then, some traits of the especial and general processes ordered in the legal system for the judgment of these matters are studied, by analyzing the legal relationships between them.
