%X procedural and substantive rules can be recognized in international civil and commercial litigation where "procedural justice" or "due process" gain special importance. the national civil procedure system does not have a symmetric, modern and coherent national and international civil litigation regulation regime. there are isolated norms ruling the latter, especially in terms of international commercial arbitration.
