%X the cooperation regime of the states with the international criminal court is examined, both for the states parties and for those which are not, pointing out the main obligations of the states, according to each case, and the legal consequences if they are not complied with. it is possible to see that, in short, for the good functioning of the international jurisdiction, the possibility of having the threat of expensive sanctions is not important.
