%X this article intends to present some of the aspects on the forgotten fundamental duties thematic with a special emphasis on the brazilian constitution of 1988. thus, this work takes into account the lack of studies on this matter, bringing some ideas on the fundamental duties classification, legal regimen and concept. for this, it uses some of the main brazilian works that exists on this matter.
