%X the present study will describe the evolutionary process of the international criminal court, and will also assess its role in light of the characteristics of the theory of interdependence in the global context, taking into account multiple channels of international relations, the lack of ranking among the topics to be dealt and the diminished role that the armed forces have been playing in resolving international problems. finally, it concludes that judicial cooperation is essential to avoid impunity in crimes against humanity.
