%0 Journal Article %T Lesi¨®n intraepitelial de bajo grado en endoc¨¦rvix: conducta %A Alvarado Bol¨ªvar %A Dayana Coromoto %A Mantilla M¨¦ndez %A Diana Lorena %A Gonz¨¢lez Blanco %A Mireya %J Revista de Obstetricia y Ginecolog¨ªa de Venezuela %D 2009 %I Sociedad de Obstetricia y Ginecolog¨ªa de Venezuela %X objective: to describe the spontaneous evolution of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions in endocervix, under control by cytology, colposcopy and biopsia. methods: there were 25 patients with diagnosis of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions in endocervix, in were evaluated with cytology and colposcopy of ectocervix and endocervix every 4 months and we made an endocervical sampling at the end of the first year. the evolution was registered. setting: servicio de ginecolog¨ªa de la maternidad "concepcion palacios" results: we found 8 % of persistence, 92 % of spontaneous regression, and there was no case of progression. conclusion: endocervical low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions have a high frequency of spontaneous regression. we recommended the preservative treatment and to prolong the control of the negative cases to discard false negatives. %K low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions %K endocervix %K colposcopy. %U http://www.scielo.org.ve/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0048-77322009000100007&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
