%0 Journal Article %T Sistematiza£¿£¿o da Assist¨ºncia de Enfermagem na Rede Hospitalar de Uberaba: MG %A Oliveira %A Karoline Faria de %A Iwamoto %A Helena Hemiko %A Oliveira %A Jacqueline Faria de %A Almeida %A D¨¦bora Vieira de %J Revista de Enfermagem Refer¨ºncia %D 2012 %I Escola Superior de Enfermagem de Coimbra %X the planning of nursing care has as its objective the organization of care using a systematic method, the nurse being responsible for the development of this. goals: to describe the perception;of nurses of the nursing assistance systematization (nas) in the uberaba hospital network and to implement the nas in a private hospital in the city. method: descriptive exploratory study with an intervention. first stage: nurses answered a semi-structured questionnaire about their perceptions in relation to the nas. second stage: nas implementation in a private hospital. results: the majority of the nurses had an institutional incentive for nas implementation (60,29%) and were familiar with it since graduation (91,18%), revealing disconnection between nas knowledge acquired during graduation and professional practice. obstacles to nas use: difficulty in carrying out the physical examination (47,06%) and identifying the nursing diagnosis (36,76%), and access to training courses (85,71%). implementation of the nas was carried out in the intensive care unit (icu) of a private hospital in a city. we identified the most frequent nursing diagnoses in the icu, resulting in a printed document that constituted the patient record. the back of this document contained the nursing prescriptions that, after implementation, were checked off. %K nursing process %K nursing service %K hospital %K hospital care. %U http://www.scielo.gpeari.mctes.pt/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0874-02832012000300011&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
