%X this essay seeks to persuade its reader to adopt a specific manner of approaching wittgensteinian philosophy, overcoming in this way the bi-segmentation traditionally applied to it. what is suggested is a re-reading of wittgenstein£¿s work, focussing on, and taking as a starting point, the texts which date from the period 1929-1933/35, in order to visualize the organic continuity of the thought in question. it is shown that only the epistemological message of those £¿transitional texts£¿ reveals the gradual modification of the idea of contextuality, this being the sole approach towards epistemic-conceptual perspicuity, the professed goal of wittgenstein himself.
