%X procedures and results in the treatment with the system of implants (implus) were stated in the provincial service of implantology at "antonio briones montoto" dentist's surgery, pinar del rio, where the group of implantology was created and is in charge of positioning the implants and the prosthetic rehabilitation. a completely toothless patient who underwent to a medical assessment, having a prosthetic and a surgical general diagnosis attended to the clinic. ending these important phases, the patient was going through, and with his consent, the osseous-integrated implants were positioned. subsequently, the prosthetic evolution and rehabilitation was carried out using ball spheres and capsules of teflon. the patient had a satisfactory rehabilitation, the esthetic and the function improved his quality of life.
