%X a 6 year - old boy suffering from a brainstem tumour presenting neurological manifestations and intracranial hypertension signs according to the clinical and imaging diagnosis is presented. treatment starts with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy with cimaher, monoclonal antibody h-r3. clinical course was satisfactory and patient is asymptomatic with partial remission at present.
