%X the biliary cystadenoma represents a rare cystic tumor that may compromise the liver and the extrahepatic bile duct. this tumor accounts for less than 5% of solitary non-parasitic cysts of the liver. our aim is to report a clinical case as well as to discuss some issues concerning diagnosis and treatment options for this type of injuries.
