NF-¦ĘB is a key mediator of the inflammatory response and is crucial for the plasticity of first level immune cells such as macrophages, monocytes and neutrophils. In macrophages, this inflammatory response, mediated by NF-¦ĘB, can regulate host defense against invading pathogens. A Jumonji C family histone 3 lysine-27 (H3K27) demethylase, Jmjd3, plays a crucial role in macrophage plasticity and inflammation. Here we report that NF-¦ĘB and Jmjd3 can modulate the LeTx intoxication resistance of RAW 264.7 cells. %U http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0009913
