%X myelolipomas are rare benign tumors mostly located in the adrenal glands. they are usually asymptomatic with just a few millimeters in size, but they can grow over 30 cm becoming a life threat for the patient. this is a case of a 49 years old male patient who was diagnosed with a giant myelolipoma of the right adrenal gland while being studied for other reasons.
