%X the dendritic cell leukemias are pathologies very uncommon which involve mainly the skin, but with a high tendency of metastasis. the flow cytometric is a valuable tool together with tissue biopsy for a definitive diagnosis. we present the case of a young female who complained for a left leg lesion with unique dimensions and characteristics, in where the diagnostic process required the use of the specific monoclonal markers in the identification of this particular disease.
