%X the perspective of university students will take the lead, if not in the government, in the academia and in the freedom of public opinion. the university students faithfully embody the legitimate aspirations of a large social sector capable of implementing changes swiftly claiming democratic consolidation, that is, a democracy creating the necessary conditions for the takeoff of the middle class, not as imposing as always, this compromise between the party-and the powers that be, between corporatism and clientelism.
