%X this text assesses social and familiar implications of abortion, and it concludes that although voluntary interruption of pregnancy is not a desirable practice, law must not impose coactively moral criteria, sometimes influenced by miserly interests, through legal standards; but contribute to the establishment of rules that guarantee the peaceful coexistence and the good of all, forming harmonically the rights.
