%X in this paper, the dynamics of a straightforward system which includes a single machine-infinite bus power system (smib) with soft-limits in the field excitation control is presented. the system is forced to operate under several conditions for studying its behavior close to codimension-two bifurcation points. we specifically consider the zero-hopf bifurcation, which contributes significantly to the system dynamics.
