%X the case of a multi-trauma patient with various fractures in both lower limbs including iiib exposed heel fracture was presented. the treatment provided to each of the lesions, making emphasis on the treatment of the lesion including osteosynthesis and coverage of soft tissue defect with sural fasciocutaneous flap, was explained. a literature review on this topic was made.
