%X the diagnopstic methods used for locating intraocular foreign bodies have been widened with the use of computerized tomography and nuclear magnetic imaging. a case with stab wound with suspicion of foreign body that underwent ocular echography and helicoidal computerized tomography was presented. the result of the ultrasound was wrong in relation to the location of the foreign body, whereas the tomography showed the exact place of the fragment, its size, form and nature
