%X present paper is an updating on the perinatal and neonatal risk factors related to the congenital cerebral palsy whose perinatal causes not must to be minimized, if we take into account the recent imaging studies' findings. anyhow, the relative contribution of the different causes and risk factors involved in the occurrence of cerebral palsy may change depending on the specific contextual conditions, because it is a multiple etiology syndrome.
